1. Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes, we do.

We offer Free Australia Wide Shipping for orders over $49.99 and Free International Shipping for orders over $150.

3. What materials is your jewellery made of? 

Our products are either made of Gold-Filled or Gold Vermeil (18ct gold plated over sterling silver), and freshwater pearls. 

4. Are your products waterproof?

We would highly recommend you to take care of your jewellery and not to wear them in water or expose them to chemicals to preserve the shine.

5. Can I cancel or change my orders?

Yes, you can. Please send your request to info@glowmaison.com
Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request.

7. What currency are your products listed in?

Our products are default listed in AUD and 30 other currencies on our website. You can easily find your currency at the bottom of our page and shop with ease of mind.
