RETURNS POLICY

We offer returns on all merchandise orders in Australia within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately if you need to return any of your orders. Note that if your item is a custom order with any engraving, these are final sale and are not eligible for returns. 

To be eligible a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds are offered up to 14 days from date of purchase with receipt. A store credit is offered up to 30 days from date of purchase with receipt.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for pierced earrings or ear cuff . All sale items purchased, including sample sale pieces, are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or return. Postage will be at the buyer's expense. We recommend using registered/trackable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

We accept all international returns within 30 days of delivery. If you are returning a product please inform us by emailing info@glowmaison.com. If a request is not lodged within 30 days of delivery, you will be ineligible for a refund. Note that if your item is a custom order with any engraving, these are final sale and are not eligible for returns. 

Please return all unused items enclosed in a padded bag or box for safety. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for pierced earrings or ear cuff. All sale items purchased, including sample sale pieces, are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or return. Postage will be at the buyer's expense. EXCHANGE POLICY 

If you need to exchange your purchase for another size or item please email your exchange request to info@glowmaison.com. Once we receive please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and a further 2 - 3 business days for delivery. 

Please note customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for any exchanges but we send out the replacement item, free of charge. 

We cannot process nor deliver orders on public holidays. In these instances, please anticipate that your order will be processed within the next business day.

 

 

 

REFUNDS
